As part of the 2020 agricultural youth summit, an event organised to celebrate the international youth day, Leventis Foundation Nigeria in collaboration with African Union, Economic and Social Council Nigeria (AU-ECOSOCC, Nigeria) is providing a grant of N500,000 to support 2 youths owned thriving agribusinesses with a view to enhance/strengthen an aspect of the business. The grant competition is open to youth nation-wide.
The winner of the grant will announced during the Agriculture Youth Summit themed “YOUTH EMPOWERMENT & SUSTAINABLE SOLUTIONS FOR FOOD SECURITY AND GLOBAL AGRICULTURE”:
Full Time: N500,000- N1,000,000
Date: 12th August, 2020
Time: 11 am – 1pm
Venue: Leventis Foundation (Nigeria) Head Quarters and Zoom Video Conferencing
Application Process on Grant
The application process is online and free of all charges. Applications will be evaluated based on business sustainability and applicant should also provide business records and other relevant documents.
Deadline for Submission of Grant Application is 11:59 p.m. 5TH of August, 2020

- Market Analysis
- Marketing and sales of product
- Service or product from production (also include strategies for business sustainability)
- Why should your business be awarded this grant/ intervention fund?
- Business Budget (This should give details about the aspect of business that requires the grant of not more than 1 million Naira)
